What we stand for
Three convictions sit behind everything we build:
- People are equal. Our programs should be usable by anyone — no technical background required, in large type, in plain words.
- People are connected. Good software brings people together instead of tying them to a screen.
- It is about connection, and about doing good. That is the measure we hold every decision against.
What we promise
- Prices you can understand. Consumer prices always shown including VAT. No hidden costs.
- Cancel in one step. As easy as signing up was.
- Sparing with data. We collect only what the feature needs. No ad networks, nothing passed to third parties.
- People you can reach. An email to us is answered by a human.
Where we stand on artificial intelligence
We use artificial intelligence where it takes work off people's hands. It serves the human, not the other way around. A person always makes the final decision, and we say openly where technology is involved.
